I love to teach women, men, and children to be strong and confident. In our Rhee Tae Kwon Do class, children learn, focus and discipline in a relaxed, fun environment. Adults enjoy increasing their fitness, and realising their potential at any age. Everyone enjoys punching, kicking, and learning the great art of self-defence.
