Rhee TaeKwon-Do has taught me self-discipline, determination and perseverance. Through my study of the art of Rhee TaeKwon-Do I have improved my fitness, gained confidence and been inspired by some wonderful people to achieve things I never thought I would be capable of doing. As an instructor it is my aim to pass that inspiration on to others.
