Why Rhee TaeKwon-Do?
As a primary school teacher I love seeing the positive influences Rhee TaeKwon-Do provides the students both at training and at school. Rhee TaeKwon-Do is more than just self-defence. It’s about making “first class citizens.” Having seen many members from my school join, the positive changes in the students is obvious as they take responsibility for themselves in every aspect of their life. Many students are now bringing their friends to training.
As a father of four children this dynamic martial art has brought my family closer together as adults and children get to train at the same time. My children have grown in confidence, have greater self control, are more resilient, respectful and are developing leadership qualities. One of my sons achieved junior black belt in 2009 and my wife and other two boys are in training for their black belts as well.
As the Instructor at Nambour Branch I invite you to join our Sunshine Coast Rhee TaeKwon-Do family. I joined in 2005 and have loved the physical and mental challenges put before me. Are you prepared to step onto the floor and become the best person you can be?
